Residents have approved Phase 2 of the amenity village expansion. The project adds a splash pad beside the resort pool, two new dedicated pickleball courts, and an expanded fitness center inside the Community House.
Construction begins this fall, with the pickleball courts scheduled first so play can continue through the winter season. The splash pad targets a grand opening ahead of next summer.
The board will share monthly progress updates in the news feed and at the quarterly community meeting.
